My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2020
Good evening everybody and thanks for stopping by!
We got up this morning for church. They were allowing people to attend this morning, but we chose to still view it via FB live for now. The state has said that church is an essential service and could have 50 people with social distancing and other measures, but we feel that the state is rushing this because of complaints from a vast array of folks. We officially headed into phase 2 Friday, but people aren’t adhering to the guidelines in general, and I believe that we will see outbreaks in areas that have had lighter cases than some. We are extremely rural which is a factor that has lessened the outbreaks. However just this past week, we’ve had a processing plant with an outbreak and a ship docked with 86 cases who then offloaded their cargo anyway.
It’s kind of depressing when you really want to take part in something and you can’t.
We headed out for a hike as the rains from yesterday were gone. It was cool and sunny with big white fluffy clouds.
To start, I got the #win (10,000 before 10pm) and here is my screenshot for evidence.
My #TinyTreasure entry is actually the little squirrel behind the Fitbit stats. He was so cute and whereas he was cautious about us, he wanted his buried treasure worse than his fear was. He entertained us for well over 5 minutes while we were less that 5 feet away from him!
Of course, Actifit-Lamb was along for the hike. She was very glad the rain had stopped and was looking forward to a little sun bathing that she wanted to try.
Ironically, the sun went behind a cloud after she got comfy on her blanket!
My photo treasure find for the day came at the end of the trail just where we pick up our road and head for home. When I got a glimpse of the mulch pile I headed over immediately and this is the result of some of what I found. Beautiful and amazing!
