My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2020
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Today saw us rising at an early hour to go grocery shopping. I don’t do 4:30 AM well! We got to Winco and had a small line to wait in. After that, we headed to Walmart where they are now limiting the number of people in, but there was no line. Then it was off to a couple of other stores. Unfortunately, everything we needed can’t be gotten at one location. I guess that might be too easy! 🙄
By the time we got home, it seemed we’d already been up for the entire day, lol. We rested a bit and then I had to prepare for the women’s Bible study Zoom meeting. It went fairly well. Some of the ladies have spotty internet which makes it challenging for them.
While I was on the call @silvertop took a nap. Oh how I would have loved to sleep! I was able to catch a catnap, but upon getting up, we decided to forgo the hike. We went to the neighbor’s house to feed her cats as she is still in eastern Washington recovering from some heart issues. Less coronavirus over there than here so she’s better off there for now.
We came back and I fixed dinner. Then, I set out to work on my antique Singer treadle sewing machine. I had found some needles to replace the one I broke. It’s up and running and tonight, I completed my first face mask for my son. Tomorrow I’m going to work on his wife’s. Keep in mind, I’ve not sewn on this or any other machine since I was about 14. That was a long time ago, but it’s like riding a bike. You don’t forget.
Actifit-Lamb wasn’t happy she didn’t get to hike today but she understands. I caught her cruising the blog when I wasn’t looking.

Anyway, that’s gonna be it for now as I am tired 😴
