How are you guys doing? Everyone is focusing on this Corona virus these days, countries are being locked down, businesses, sports etc.... which I think at some point could help to stop the spreading of this virus.
The best solution in my opinion we have had it since the beginning which is # Hygiene. This virus is like Cholera, focus on your hygiene, eat healthy, do some workouts home if possible take some vitamin ( C) especially.
MAKE A COMMITTMENT THAT YOU WON'T GIVE NOR TO CATCH THE VIRUS.
