This is my today's whole days activities and actifit report card.
After three days of continuous drizzle, the next 2 days were quite humid. Even today we are experiencing a lot of heat. It was sunny all day. In such a situation, only in the morning is the ideal time for exercise, yoga and exercise. My outdoor game has also stopped at this time. Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 6k points by walking moving around the house..
