Back again but with bands today! The rings were way too much after my injury earlier this year, so I’ve decided to go much slower and use resistance bands instead of rings.

Rows
Set 1 - 12 Reps

Chest Press
Set 1 - 12 Reps

Push Ups
Set 1 - 10 Reps
Set 2 - 10 Reps

Bicep Curls
Set 1 - 15 Reps
Set 2 - 12 Reps

Glute Bridges
Set 1 - 10 Reps
Set 2 - 8 Reps

Tricep Kickbacks
Set 1 - 12 Reps
Set 2 - 12 Reps

Scapula Raises
Set 1 - 10 Reps
Set 2 - 6 Reps

Ab Raises
Set 1 - 8 Reps

Squats
Set 1 - 10 Reps

how does one do chest presses with resistance bands?

I had the band around a banister behind me, and then could do them similar to using a cable machine
