My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2020
Started my day with a pretty intense full body workout consisting of several leg workouts, some cardio, and different arm/back workouts using my free weights.
Followed that up with a healthy breakfast smoothie consisting of home grown spinach and swiss chard as well as mango nectar and orange juice.
Later in the day we took the baby and pups out for a 5 mile walk around a local lake. It was a nice day for a stroll, not too hot, not too cold.
All in all, logged over 20k steps, so I'd say it was successful!
