My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2020
Pretty pathetic showing today. We just needed a break from the grind.
It was pretty humid when we woke up, so we decided to just stay in bed.
I had a doctor's appointment for my leg at the wound clinic and then I headed off to work.
Tuesdays have been really hard for me lately because the doctor visit really cuts into my office time.
When I got home we headed to the grocery store to do our weekly shopping trip. After that I grilled some chicken.
This isn't just an ordinary chicken though, it is a chicken that my friend raised and then gave to us after it was butchered.
It was very tasty and will feed us for several meals.
