My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2020
Some good result today. I had to go to the office to sign some papers and I chose to walk. So I got up early while it's not very hot and started my journey. It took me about 40 minutes to reach the office.
The view from it has not changed much
the city and the sea are still there
On the other side some new buildings have emerged during the covid pandemic
it gets even uglier than before
So I signed my papers, had a short break and then got back home for lunch. A quick walk that gave me 11K steps.
