My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2020
My actifit report of the day is powered by a bowl of delicious spicy fried rice with veggies and some tasty tasty grilled cabrito(goat meat).
I skipped the morning workout session on account of my waking up late but towards noon I had to go to market to gather some groceries and some things for my house.
After cooking the singular meal for the day,I ate and rested for about 2 hours. Then commenced my workout for the day.
I started with my usual stretches then proceeded to warmups.For the warmups I did some jumping Jacks,ran in place for 30 secs then skipped for 10 minute.Next I did my usual calisthenics and then capped it off with 3 rounds of 1 minute shadow kickboxing.
