My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2020
I had a pretty good day today.I woke up for my early morning run which lasted approximately 30 minutes after which I did some rope skipping,followed by pushups, pullups, squats,mountain climbers and some burpees.
By noon I walked to the salon for an haircut which turned out nice then went to visit a friend. We had much to discuss on and in between our discussion.I was treated a tasty snack .
In the Evening I watched the HBO hit series with my friend Billions
It was thoroughly entertaining.
