[PLAY STEEM] Improving Comment Fetching

Hi, I am the developer of the PLAY STEEM mobile apps for android and ios.

There have seem some serious issue in fetching comments, which was too slow.

I spend a few days to improve the fetching by using a new api which is bridge.get_discussion.
In there all the replies are fetched at once!

So I resigned the comment structure to efficiently show the comments recursively.
