Kittens sleep a lot, spending around 16 to 20 hours a day napping. This is super important for their growth because while they sleep, their bodies grow and get stronger.
Their sleep is a mix of deep and light sleep, and they can wake up easily at any noise or movement. As they grow, they start sleeping a bit less, but they still love to nap.
Playing a lot during the day helps them burn off energy and sleep better at night.
