Bengalis living in Australia, Britain, and the United States celebrate Independence Day and Victory Day. On the 1st of Baisakh, a fair, Hilsha fish fry, and panta rice are organized along with onions and green chilies. So wherever people go, they take their culture and taste with them. Now let's briefly discuss the food of different countries:
India: India is popular for various types of food and spices. Different states of India have a vast collection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes of different types and tastes. Indian fast food is world famous. Yogurt, Kichuri, Pawvaji, Churma Bati, Puran Puri, and various snacks. No other country has the characteristics that Indian sweets have. Indian food is rich in spices, dry chilies, cinnamon, pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander, hing, coconut, and different types of fish and vegetables. The tourist town of Goa has a variety of Goanese food. Fresh fish from the sea in Goa is prepared using various ingredients and cooking methods to prepare fish curry, kebabs, grilled fish, and fried fish dishes. Tourists from different countries enjoy the culture and environment along with the food. Other states of India are famous for different cuisines. Kolkata's rasgulla, sarvaja , sweet curd, and spicy sweet drinks are world-famous.
Korea: Among the cuisines of different countries, Korean cuisine is fascinating. The main attraction of every festival of that country is the food of that country. They prepare different types of rice cakes for other celebrations. They give great importance to serving and decoration. Red chili paste and soybean paste are used more in their food. But eat more vegetables. Healthy food like soup and stew is their daily routine. Koreans make a type of cheese from soybeans called Tofu. Tofu is made from soybean paste that is strained and soaked in seawater. This tow is used in various soups and stews. Most Korean food is beauty food. They use different colors in food. Food decoration using sesame, flower petals, almonds, and jujube (palms). They celebrate the festival by wearing their traditional clothes, Hanbok, and adorning themselves magnificently. Various Korean restaurants make hotpots that include mushrooms, carrots, radishes, zucchini, beef slices, beef balls, and rice cakes, and the stock is served hot. Kimchi is a popular traditional Korean dish. It is a kind of spicy salad made using Korean cabbage, pear, prawns, red chili paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, soybean paste, and salt. Besides cabbage, kimchi is also made with radish. This kimchi is exported to different countries.
Italy: The food that is now winning the hearts of everyone all over the world is the traditional pizza of Italy. Pizza is made in different ways with different flavors. Spicy Pizza, Devil Pizza, or Vegetable Pizza. Chicken, beef, or sausage pizza. Pasta is another specialty of Italy. They cook pasta in different flavors at different festivals. Other ingredients in the pasta category are macaroni, lasagna, and spaghetti. These dishes made with different sauces, cheeses, herbs, and meats are genuinely unique.
Japan: Noodles are a very popular food in Japan. Different flavors of food are prepared in different shops. A variety of soups are made with noodles. Noodles have been a traditional Japanese food for over 100 years. Japanese people eat different kinds of fruit tea and green tea; while taking any meal, Japanese people drink small cups of hot herbal tea. Kimuchi, the dumpling is the daily food of the people of that country with different flavors, stuffing inside thin rice bread, the dumpling is made with steam.
Dubai: The people of Dubai enjoy the natural beauty of their country and the sea and taste different types of food. Various grilled meat and fish dishes are prepared at the floating restaurant. Both native and foreign people are satisfied by eating those delicious foods. Fatus, Feriti, Mahalla, Kunafa, etc., are traditional food of that country. Various sausages, beef, and chicken barbeques are prepared for tourists in the desert area of Dubai.
Thailand and Singapore: There are significant food markets in Thailand and Singapore. There are 100-150 food stalls on the same floor, and they make thousands of seafood kebabs, soups, noodles, parathas, sweets, and grilled dishes. Most people have dinner here with their families after a long workday. Sante, Atak, and Murtabak words are trendy in Singapore. And Thai soup is a trendy food in Bangladesh.
