Every country has traditional clothes. These traditional clothes vary depending on the country and people. I am a citizen of Bangladesh. The traditional dress of Bangladeshi women is the sari. Generally, men in rural areas wear lungis. Lungi is one of the traditional clothes of men of Bangladesh. But the main traditional dress for men is Punjabi and Pajamas.

Now let me write about the traditional dress of Bangladeshi women. I have already said that the traditional dress of Bangladeshi women is the saree. Once upon a time, every married woman in Bangladesh used to wear a saree. But nowadays such a scene is rarely seen. Now girls of all ages wear saree whenever they want and married women mostly wear salwar kameez. Different types of sarees are available in Bangladesh. Different types of sarees are worn according to age and occasion. Relatively older women wear sarees made of cotton fabrics, wedding brides wear banarsi, and jamdani sarees and other women who go as guests at weddings wear Katan, georgette, silk, tasar, etc sarees.

Now I will write you about some sarees. I will write about the famous Banarasi sarees. Every Bengali girl loves the Banarasi saree. Bengali wedding means Banarasi saree.

• The saree is made of very high-quality yarn and silk.
• An artisan takes about 30 to 35 days to make a Banarasi saree.
• Banarasi sarees are designed with various motifs.
• Banarasi sarees are very expensive.

Katan is a very popular saree. This saree is on the list of girls' favorites for any occasion. Generally, Katan sarees are used more in festivals. The price of the Katan saree is also relatively low. With modernity, the demand for Katan sarees is increasing.

Here she wears a saree with some jewelry and hijab. There is a tradition of wearing sarees in our country since long ago. Small-size sarees are also made for little ones.

Panjabi and Pajama

Traditional clothing for men is Punjabi and pajamas. However, Hindu men wear dhoti along with Punjabi. Dhoti and Punjabi have been around for a long time. Punjabi has become a fashion part for men during Eid of Muslims or Puja of Hindus or any religious or cultural event. Children, old, and young all wear this Punjabi. These Punjabis are available in almost all colors and all budgets.
