SEC-S16W2 | Solo vs Group in Travel | [I like group travel].

Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am going to participate in the S16W2 Engagement contest on the topic of "Solo vs Group in Travel" in the "Traveling Steem" community. I'm very happy to participate in the Engagement contest on such a wonderful topic related to travel, so I'm presenting my post to you thanks to the "Traveling Steem" community team.

What are my preferences for solo or group travel? What are its advantages and disadvantages?

I always prefer group travel because I get to be with my loved ones and these times are very enjoyable for me. But now I am highlighting some of its advantages and disadvantages.

Convenience :

• When many people travel together, morale increases.
• Beautiful places with loved ones seem more enjoyable.
• The joy of traveling can be shared with loved ones.
• Traveling with loved ones gives satisfaction.

Disadvantage :

• Can't move freely when traveling with a group.
• It is uncomfortable to buy individually from a particular product group.
• When many people travel depending on one person, the cost of that person increases to a great extent which is quite unsustainable.
• It is not possible to leave the group and go anywhere by yourself.

Traveling has its ups and downs, but I enjoy traveling with groups more

What is the difference in my general expenses by traveling with a group?

Traveling with a group can make quite a difference in the general cost. I take my sisters, cousins ​​with me every year at my own expense. Although they also add some money for travel but most of the expenses are borne by me. This year on 23-02-2024 we went on a trip from our village to Khulna to Jhenaidah where the cost per person was Bangladeshi 700 Taka or 20 Steem. But going in a group cost me Bangladeshi 3000 Taka or 85.71 Steem. Because along with my expenses, I also covered the expenses of my mother, aunts, cousins, and some additional expenses, totaling a little more than 3000 Taka.

Traveling with a group costs 2-4 times more than what I would spend

Who do I want to travel with in a group?

In going to the group I would like to travel with two of my closest friends and they are : MD Rakibul Islam (@mdriart) and SK Enamul Islam (@enamu17). Both of them are my childhood friends whom I met when I started primary education and I was only 6 years old. They are both my 20 year old friends and I always feel good with them so I want to take them on group trips.

What are my best places to travel in groups or alone?

First if I talk about solo travel then I think the best place near me for solo travel is riverside where I like to walk alone in my spare time. The main thing to enjoy traveling alone on riverside is to sit in the open air of the riverside and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful environment of the nature which is the main reason why I chose riverside for solo travel.

On the other hand, for traveling in groups, the rest is the best for me. For example: beach, hilly area, special picnic sport / park, any place full of natural beauty etc. I think it's best to travel with a group for walking tours. I like to travel in groups almost everywhere because it can be a very enjoyable time with everyone having fun together.
