You must have felt really bad because you had gone for a beach trip with all the preparations. Nowadays people book rooms and cars online so that they don't waste time when they go there. But when they reach there and find out that there is no booking, they get very tensed because they plan according to their bookings. But in the end, your problems were solved and you and your children got some relief. It is a matter of happiness.
Saludos @aviral123, ciertamente una experiencia totalmente desagradable tener una situación como la ocurrida en mi viaje de vacaciones, afortunadamente pudimos aclarar el inconveniente y disfrutar de los días de playa como lo tenía planificado,estos casos se presentan cuando son negocios familiares y el dueño es quien toma las decisiones y muchas veces las personas que dejan encargadas desconocen algunos movimientos y por ello la confusión surgida, sencillamente cosas que nos pueden pasar.
