I've seen a lot of people talking about taking deep breaths as a way to calm down when they get angry. I don't believe this will work for me tho. I believe in taking a walk but taking deep breaths wouldn't work I'm sure. Thank you for your great write up and for being a wonderful mother.
Yes, it could be true, because different people experience happiness in different ways. Therefore, walking may be a more effective way you to relieve your anger than breathing. This is normal. Good luck in the contest.
