Hey everyone,
Hope you're all having a blast – I sure am! I'm pumped to join in on the challenge, "I survive out of pure anxiety." But before I delve into details let me paint you a picture of who I am . I am naturally a bit of a worrywart . Back in my college days, I was carefree as can be, but since stepping into motherhood, even the tiniest hiccup can set off my anxiety alarm .

My little one just turned three, and let me tell you, the worry train is never late. From a mild sniffle to a tiny bump, my mind goes into overdrive, conjuring up worst-case scenarios faster than a magician pulling rabbits out of a hat. And don't even get me started on developmental milestones. Every kid marches to their own beat but that doesn't stop me from comparing my daughter's progress with every other kiddo her age sending my anxiety levels soaring.


Social gatherings with my daughter? You bet they're on the anxiety hit list. Every playdate or family shindig brings with it a whirlwind of worry about how she'll fare in the social jungle. Will she make friends? Will she behave? The questions ping-pong around my brain like a game of mental table tennis, leaving me frazzled and anxious.
But hey, dealing with this anxiety? It's been a wild ride. Step one: owning it. Instead of shoving those anxious feelings into a mental box labeled "do not open," I've learned to embrace them. It's okay to feel anxious – it means I care deeply. And that's something to be proud of.

5. Educate Yourself: Knowledge is power. Dive into the world of anxiety understand your triggers and arm yourself with coping strategies.
By embracing these strategies, I've turned my anxiety from foe to friend. Motherhood's still a wild ride, but with each victory over anxiety, I'm learning to savor the journey.
Remember, every kid's journey is unique. So ditch the comparison game and focus on what truly matters providing love support, and a whole lot of snuggles. As long as you're doing your best, you are rocking this parenting gig.

Actually, children, in one way or another, generate anxiety in relation to their social and emotional well-being. Your daughter goes to social gatherings and your mind is invaded by thoughts that cause worry and your young son, trying to take care of him properly, also generates a state of anxiety.

Controlling anxiety leads you to practice the breathing technique, in order to control these alterations in your body. Searching for strategies or advice on the Internet makes you review a lot, but your best ally is your child's pediatrician.
