I think that the most difficult job in the world is teaching. It is a profession which requires extrenuous talking and administring students to work properly. As you are doing the great job . In the conditions that your director doesn't supports your work and also you are teacher, I can understand that anxiety often comes away. You can be feeling very disheartening. I just want to say that everything will be fine. Don't take much of the worries. Keep believing in God.
