I hate this feelings of anxiety. It feels very miserable and toxic. Anxiety occurs when something is not according to you. Some situations or other's habit triggers you unintentionally. I feel that the best way to avoid anxiety is to sit in the lap of the nature and meditate. It will relax your mind and calm yourself to the inner core of your heart. As healing is a slow process but meditation can help you quite faster.
