Overcoming fear
Assalamu Alaikum friends. Hope you all are well. By the grace of Allah I am also well. So I came to participate in this new week's engagement contest. The name of this contest is Overcoming fear. People are afraid for one reason or another. Someone is afraid of dogs. Some see snakes, some see scorpions, some are afraid of any other animal. There are some people who are not afraid of anything. Of course, I am also less afraid. Till date I have not faced anything terrible so maybe I don't understand fear.
However, when I was a child, I went to my grandmother's house and was scared to see a madman. His teeth were terrible and he behaved like a snarling dog. I screamed at this.

More or less everyone is afraid of snakes. Due to my home being in the village, poisonous snakes sometimes roam around. That's why I am very careful. However, during the flood, the snake entered the house. Last year, a terrible snake appeared at my uncle's house at night. It was a very big and poisonous snake. So the name of that snake is Gokhro snake. I still remember the shape of that snake. So now I will show you the picture of that snake step by step. Some materials were needed to draw the snake, these are.
A Paper
A signature pen & blue color pen
A blue color marker
Drawing Process 1 : First, draw such a curved mark in a piece of paper.
Drawing Process 2 : Then a statue of a snake should be drawn in this way.
Drawing Process 3 : Then the eyes and tongue of such a snake should be drawn.
Drawing Process 4 : Then paint around the black spots with a blue marker.
Drawing Process 5 : Then the snake's shell should be painted inside.
Drawing Process 6 : Then I drew some grass under the snake. I wrote my username on Steemit below.

By the grace of Allah I have no phobia. Nothing scares me. Many people develop phobias by seeing different things. Like my sister is so scared when she sees a dog that she thinks she is seeing a jinn. He screamed and ran away in fear.
So my younger brother also suffers from a similar phobia. But by the grace of Allah I am not suffering from any phobia. But I am always careful to avoid any danger. I give priority to safety.
How do you motivate yourself to overcome fear? :- |

It is true that fear is a feeling that is a fundamental part of our growth. Fear teaches us. If you get over that moment, you can learn some lessons in life. People are afraid of different things. But if the level of fear is high then I have seen fear to death.
There are many mechanisms or motivations to overcome fear. I first remember Allah to get rid of fear, recite the Surah given by Him. God always protects us. Then I would say to those who are afraid of anything, watch more Hollywood horror movies. This will remove your fear. I also got results using this process. The more fear you see, the more you will overcome fear.

Hola amigo, los miedos en la vida, no necesariamente es haber tenido que pasar por ahí, más bien, es no querer o tener miedo de pasar por situaciones que no conocemos y que nos aterran tanto, pero me alegra leer en tí tanta seguridad y que no tengas miedo irracionales.

These long reptiles scare the shit out of me, if I am working at night and I see anything that looks like it then I am running for my life. I dread a snake bite than anything in the world.
I see people hear of snake and carry sticks to kill them, not me though. I'd be long gone from that place.

Just like you, I also have serious phobia for snake and I can't even imagine the sight of it. I can remember the encounter I had with it in the past I ran that very day. Oh gosh! Snakes!
We have plenty of snakes here with us. In fact, we have a WhatsApp group on which we can report the snakes, and then we have experts who tell us if the snake is dangerous or not. If it is dangerous, they will come and remove it.
I don't think you will make it here. (•ิ‿•ิ)
