Anger has something to do with every person's life. Anger is an emotion or feeling that usually develops as a result of frustration, pain, or humiliation. It is a normal human reaction and sometimes it can be beneficial for health. Because it motivates to solve problems. However, if excessive anger is not controlled, it damages mental and physical health. Anger can take many forms, such as yelling, arguing, or physical aggression. Below is a mockup of my angry face.

Are you one of the people who gets angry easily? :-

No I don't get angry easily. I am very gentle and calm person. I don't or can't get angry at the slightest. I never get angry because I believe that God created us to live in peace.

So I hate anger. My father never gets angry either. My father taught me to stay calm in any angry situation. So I always stay calm and try to keep everyone at peace. I don't get angry even if someone annoys me.

What situations make you lose your calm and get in a bad mood? :-

I have already said that I like to live in peace and I am a calm person. I can keep my cool in any situation. But we humans can make our mistakes. We get mildly angry when the anger barrier is crossed by people around us. Because there are situations when I cannot control my anger. People can't be like this all the time. It is not possible to keep a cool head all the time. There are extreme moments when even mild anger can occur.

A bad mood destroys a person's personality. I think people should always be polite. So I always try to be polite. I try to keep people calm in any situation. But I never lose my patience. I always stay away from it and keep my cool. So I can walk with people.

Tell us the last reason that made you angry. :-

I always like to be in silence and like to be alone. So nothing bad ever happens to me. I am always quiet and rarely interact with people. I treat people well so no one gets angry with me. But there are moments when I get angry. As I tell you today's incident. I am playing football with everyone this afternoon. Usually I like to be the goalkeeper in football match.

I was giving some instructions to one of the players at the end while the goalkeeper was there. But he didn't listen to me. So I was very angry with him. I always said to receive the ball properly to pass to others. But he was never passing. He was taking shorts alone. So I got very angry and lost the match.

Do you think getting angry is a bad or a negative thing? :-

Anger is a natural and human emotion. One should never get angry with people for no reason. But it is not always bad or negative for health. Anger is sometimes necessary and positive. For example, anger helps us express our feelings.

Many times we can find the root cause of the problem by knowing why we are angry. Also, anger often helps us protect ourselves or our loved ones. I feel that anger can be an inspiration for social change when seeing injustice or injustice in society. But I think it is better not to be angry.


Conclusion

In conclusion, this is a great competition. In this competition we will get everyone's opinion. We can understand everyone's anger. Anger is a very bad thing in our life. We will all try to live a good life with all people.

There is a saying that goes as follows:
"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the purpose of throwing it at someone else. Instead, you are the one who gets burned."

This is so true. Anger is a terrible thing, and the best is to walk away and return when you feel better.
