Decorating my life
It's always exciting to publish a post first time in a community. Thank you Comunidad Latina for explaining the rules so nicely in the contest post link. Before I start I would like to invite three fellow Steemians @drhira @sariana23 @aprendeconkevin to participate.
According to historians hat was the first apperal human wore to protect his head from sunlight and hat making also become first choice of profession for human.

There are no of purposes of wearing caps particularly nowadays it is considered as a style statement.
I remember whenever we go for outing or picnic or in tourist spot, hawkers were seen with colourful straw or dry leave hats.
I remember I borrowed a jeans cowboy hat from my friend for a tour which was lost.
Since I used to play football I never required any cap for playing. Whenever we go to a hill station or mountain we require a head gear made of wool or cashmilon mainly. My grandfather gave me one such white cashmilon cap in late 80s which I used in many Himalayan treking expeditions. The hat is still usable and called monkey 🐵 cap because one wearing it look like a monkey (anti-style but comfortable).
There are two ways of wearing monkey cap.
In rainy days also we require a water proof cap.
Anyways to make the story short lets talk about my recent inevitable reason of wearing cap. I had very thick and dense hair. In the recent past I lost huge hair. I had blood sugar for long time that (cholesterol deposit on hair) has silently destroyed my hair and it is now quite intolerable to expose my scull with very thin hair.
At my age of 65, it's more important to cover odd area of the body which I think styling (decorating) in disguise.
Now it's winter so I can were wollen or cashmilon hats which are comfortable also.
I'm little bit worried about what kind of hat will fit me in other seasons!!

It called my attention the name of monkey cap you mention, here in Venezuela they call it cap, it is mainly used to protect from the cold in children and adults.
A gift that for sure you will always take care of, and even someday you will give it to your children, a cherished memory of your grandfather.

Yes money cap also people wore in Pakistan as in yours country it's quite good and protected you from cold I wore it on my little son but he never liked to wearing it 😁😁.

I also used to use hats during winters to keep the cold out and after opening some hats my hair hurt a lot which is why I don't use hats now. You have lost your thick hair and you try to bring back the beauty of that hair with a hat. You look good in a hat.
