Greeting my dear friend how are you doing I am perfectly fine and today I am going to participate in engagement challenge Season 18 week one contest and hence the topic is really good to be discussed as it Steemit Engagement Challenge S18 W1 | I survive out of pure anxiety.
Describe what situations can cause you anxiety. |

Life is the combination of happiness and joys and definitely anxiety and stress is part of life whenever we are happy and joyful at the next moment the anxiety is also waiting for us and the perhaps it's a law of life.
When there is joys is the anxiety and stress is also besides the part of our life and we are living of it and definitely we have to bearit anyways in our daily life.
I am contented person and try to be calm down and be happy at the circumstances which are available to me but still I couldn't deny the thinking of anxiety and stress in my life and few things made me worried.
When I think about about the career of my brother and sister who are studying and who have completed study but still unemployed the anxiety invade me and try to graps me.
I don't have my own home and I am libing in rental house it's one of the major cause of my anxiety I always try to overcome but sometime it surrounding me and I got tensed and try to avoid it but sometimes it doesn't happen.
How do you deal with this feeling? |

Well, as I mentioned above i always try to avoid these thing which become source of my tention and I can lost my comfort zone but still my thinking sometimes out of control and we become think about a certain thing again and again.
Similarly when these thing become source of troublesome for me I just wanted to get rid of it. I don't waste myself and do simple things first of all become busy in certain home chorss such as cleaning the house again although its neat.
The other thing which i do i engage myself on YouTube and entertainm myself till the time I felt fresh moreover now I am working on steemit I engaged myself in blogging too.
Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety. |

Yeah here are few tips which I follow to avoid the suffers of anxiety.
° I engaged myself in different activities during my whole day and didn't sit idle because I knew myself when I will be free I will started thinking.
° When I felt my thought are becoming out of control I engaged with my doll in different games and certain activities so that o feel good.
° Do my house chores so that I can not suffering the feeling of unavoidable thought which makes me distress.
°Enjoy few moments on social media either tiktok or steemit it makes me feeling joyful and also productive for me.

Life is a big world, my friend, where several feelings are involved, including the combination of happiness and joy and definitely anxiety, which are part of our daily lives and each of them has a process, but the most difficult is anxiety and It is best to be calm in any situation.
Instead of thinking bad things, you try to have peace and lead your life calmly and be in a comfort zone, especially when we have children who need our care.
You are absolutely right we should try to search positivity instead of being negativity life would be more amazing for us.
Hola primero que nada, que niño tan bonito. La situación de la casa es algo que uno siempre necesita, la estabilidad de tener un hogar propio no la da nada. Y pues el no tener empleo... también, me parece muy interesante que te ocupes de muchas cosas para evitar la ansiedad y si enfocado en la tara , se te pasan los problemas.

Saya setuju dengan anda teman. Kita harus berusaha menghilangkan perasaan cemas yang kita alami.
Kondisi saudara kita, juga terkadang sedikit membuat kita mengalami rasa cemas.
Mendapatkan pekerjaan dan memiliki rumah merupakan tujuan dan kebutuhan kita semua. Dan bila itu belum bisa dicapai, tentu akan menjadi sebuah "beban" bagi kita.
Menghilangkan rasa cemas dengan beraktivitas positif adalah sebuah pilihan yang bijak. Saya juga melakukannya dengan melakukan berbagai hal yang membuat saya bersemangat.
Saya berlatih beladiri Hapkido meskipun usia saya hampir 50 tahun. Saya juga suka menanam bunga dan sayur (berkebun), memelihara ikan, ayam dan juga kucing.
Hari-hari saya cukup padat dengan berbagai kegiatan sehingga dengan sendirinya akan mengusir rasa cemas dan stress yang saya alami, baik terkait urusan di kantor dan lain-lain.
