Hello everyone.. Here I want to participate in this very interesting Challenge. I think in the last day to participate, I have prepared a special cheese recipe for you. Before that, I will invite my best friend respected mother @patjewell @lirvic @pandora2010 @yancar @rumaisha.
I want to share the recipe for one of my favorite foods and also the most favorite snack food here. I call it "Fried Banana Cheese".

- Prepare three ripe bananas.
- ½ Liter Oil for frying.
- Cheese to taste.
- Condensed milk
- Ceres chocolate
- Peel the banana and divide it into two parts.
- Heat the oil, then fry the bananas over medium heat. Don't forget to turn the bananas over so they don't burn.
- Once the banana is reddish, immediately turn off the stove and remove the banana, place it on a plate.
- Then grate enough cheese or according to taste.
- Sprinkle chocolate ceres.
- And finally pour in the condensed milk.

Regarding the taste, you can guess for yourself... This is really delicious and delicious food, I just tried this recipe and the results did not disappoint. 👌

Actually there is a lot of cheese found in my area. But to be honest, I very rarely buy cheese. Usually I buy food that is mixed with cheese, such as toast or sandwich-type food, at the food store.
However, my wife said that Cheddar cheese is very good quality and many people like this type of cheese. Two days ago I went to a mini market to buy good quality cheese. But unfortunately I didn't get it, so I bought cheese under the "Meg" brand for around 5 steem.
Not too expensive, but it tastes pretty good and soft too. There is a salty and slightly sour taste. I love the taste, it suits my taste.

As I have said, "Cheddar" cheese is very popular in Indonesia. This cheese is often used in food in restaurants or places that serve fast food.
But generally here we rarely use cheese to prepare food at home. So if we want to eat food made from cheese, we have to buy it at the nearest food store or restaurant.

To be honest, I'm not too sure about this statement. I think that food and drink issues are influenced by the culture and traditions of a country. We in Indonesia, especially those of us who live in rural areas, are not used to cheese and also wine.
But if you ask for a cup of coffee ☕or sweet tea, you will get it very easily, haha 😄. In fact, I myself have never tried a glass of any kind of wine and I'm not sure about doing so.
