Steemit Engagement Challenge S15 W5 | My country is unique because of this
Hello Steemians,
How are you all doing? It's been a while since I've seen each of you. It's an honor to be able to participate in this week's engagement challenge; I love taking on challenges. Reading this post should be enjoyable, I hope. Let's go now.
Mughlia government back in 1800 AC, blessed sub-continent and ultimately Pakistan, with hundreds of eye catching buildings. These buildings are now are not mere block and cement with colorful mirrors or paints but a part of out precious cultural heritage. This cultural heritage makes Pakistan to stand unique from other countries of the world. Each and every building reflects a beautiful background story, represents our glorious history and motivate us to do a lot for our country. The monuments that make Pakistan stand out and I visited them in last 5 years i'll be mentioning in this article.
Starting with the city where I live in-Karachi. Although Karachi is not a major site of cultural heritage but still the eye-catching buildings here has my whole heart. On walking distance from my university there’s Khaliq Dina Hall- a library, where one spends most of the time not studying but praising its beauty, A few mile away is Tomb of Quaid, Its off-white color and dome reflects the crystal clear vision of our founder- Quaid e Azam, Moreover 3 and 2 swords monuments (Do Talwaar and Teen Talwaar) are not just mere tall concrete structures but a reflection of the struggles of independence, 3 swords reflect our culture of Sindhi, Punjabi and Muhajirs while 2 swords reflect their sacrifices and struggles. The Saddar, Farrer Hall, Rocky pillars of Bahria Town, Shrines and many other monumental attracts tourist towards Karachi.

Then the city that is called the city of shrines-Multan, you are probably going to find shrine in every 3kms, the best part of them is they are not just shrines with some oil lamps and graves but a site of mesmerizing and influencing religiously. Every shrine is more beautiful than the other ones and when I visited Multan last year I got lost in its beauty. Multan is really a culturally inherited city of Pakistan making it more unique. If a tourist visit Multan I would highly recommend him/her to visit Shrines of Bahaddudin Zakariya and Shah Rukn-e-Alam, even they don’t know what does those shrines reflect he will be lost in their beauties
Lahore, we Pakistani use to call Lahore is just Lahore and is consider as a Paris of Pakistan. Mughlia rule is highly visual in Lahore, you can be testimonial by viewing the pictures I’m giving along. Shahi Qila/ Lahore fort (reflect cultural heritage), Shalimar garden (showing our love for nature), Badshahi Masjid (our culture reflected through artitecture), Sheesh mahal (displays craftmanship), Minar-e-Pakistan (monument of Pakistan), Data darbar, Chauburji and many many more uniqueness about Lahore to see.
Sialkot, my other home I visit frequently. While touring Sialkot one will notice that it is the true Punjabi representing city of Pakistan, People here in not only their accent but their food, clothes show full affection toward their Punjabi culture. For monuments the Sialkot clock tower stands 1st, the clock tower that was made back in 1800AC is still now same it represents the importance of time and timely independence of Pakistan. Sialkot fort and Sialkot cathedral church are also eye wrenching ones.
While my way back to Karachi last year from Pakistan tour I visited Makli, it’s the culturally representing small village in Sindh famous for its history, I saw a mosque with 100 domes and its in process of completion last year, maybe its completed now.
Lastly, Pakistan is no doubt given with a lot of uniqueness’s but I being a culture loving patriotist consider the buildings and monuments that are cultural heritage to be the most unique thing about Pakistan our every single building represents our great past.
Pakistan is widely recognized for its rich cultural heritage, historic structures, and breathtaking natural scenery, all of which I will showcase in future postings. I'm hoping you had fun reading my article. I sincerely appreciate you reading.
For this challenge, I'm inviting @huzaifanaveed1, @malikusman1, and @irawandedy.
