Dear Husband, do you know that your wife is your crown?

Prove 12:4 a says “An excellent wife is the crown of her husband…”

Crowns are made with glitters, so they can radiant on the wearer’s head

The crown is a dignified apparel of a king

The king looks casual when he makes appearance without his crown

In the midst of many, you need not to be told who the king is, he is simply identified by his regalia, including the glittering crown

This is how it should be in every husband matter!

You may be the head but it is the head that wears the crown, how you wear it, makes the whole difference

Some men receive the gift of a wife, but lack wisdom on how to treat such gift

You receive a woman with great potentials only to subdue and reduce her to nothing, to make her vanish in thin air of marriage, some have already been sent to their early graves through the hands of their husbands!

This is the reason why our generation is growing with a wrong ideology of marriage, while others are hidden behind the struggle of feminism, trying to find themselves they lost in their marriages

You finally found a wife, and all of a sudden, things begins to twist…
~You treat her anyhow without a prick on your conscience
~You deny her the security, support and comfort she so needs
~You neglect her emotions only to come close when you need sex, like you are the only one that needs to be satisfied in the equation
~You make her a punching bag while hiding behind your temper issues and repeating the circle after vain apologies
~You sleep with another woman behind her back, and even bully her when her instinct kicks in, what a dishonor

Sir! How you treat your wife matters a lot before God!

Have you not read 1Peter 3:7? “Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.”

Don’t lose your access to God because of the way you treat your wife
Do not be a king with a bended crown

Arise and adjust your crown!

Cultivate your wife to become an excellent wife so she can crown your headship excellently

~Treat her well
~Provide security over her
~Creat an atmosphere of love and joy around her
~Speak to her with positive and not derogatory words
~Allow the favor of God to manifest around you through her
~Pray for her
~Pray with her
~Speak over her life and destiny
~Bless her with the authority and audacity of a husband

A lot of homes have crashed because of the way the husbands treat their wives, don’t let yours be counted in! So I write to you today…
