Another Chain of Goodness Event Sponsored BySteemit Community

Good day everyone!

According to Jane Goodall What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

Some of my nieghbors have not recovered yet from this pandemic there were some suffered of hunger because of lack of foods so as we see in them that they need an assistance for their basic needs we decided
to share our blessings by having a community pantry to our neighborhood together with @georgie84 @steemitcebu and @jufranketsup. This is our first community pantry in the family. I bought my desired goods to share and my family @georgie84, @steemitcebu and @jufrancatsup bought their share in the groceries store also.

We had gathered canned goods,lucky me noodles, odong noodles, misua noodles, spices like onions, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, ginger also we had magic sarap granules, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt, brown sugar, cabbage, eggs, and coffee we packed them and we had also additional rice to the families who had many kids. We desplayed all the groceries in one big table so that the activity will be well organized.

We asked one representatives in every family to come so that we can follow the health protocols and to make sure that all families will received our assistance in
this covid time, we repacked the salt, brown sugar, oil, and put them together in one plastic to make sure that every family would get the complete ingredients of their desired menu.

As we had done our arrangements and ready to open our community pantry we called our nieghbors and asked them to wear face mask and maintain a social distancing as required for this time of pandemic.

Our nieghbors are most in need of help this time because they were affected of the pandemic, and there were also 3 head of the family here got sick and was not able to work because of health problems we gave them extra rice and canned goods, there was also a mother of 5 kids we also gave her additional canned goods.
They were very happy as we seen in their face that in this time of difficulties they had assistance from us.

They were instructed what to do so that everything will be well organized.
We had a total of 29 persons represent in every families, who received our groceries. They all went home very happy for the assistance they get from the Community Pantry we had organized they said it's a big help to them for this time of hardships.

My family were so happy having an activity like this because they are very cooperative and willing to give help especially my mother. My mother who has a very good heart she always welcome our nieghbors who knocked our door askef for foods, and in this event the family were so glad and exert an effort just to make others happy.

It was a clean and organized activity, all in the family were happy that this time again were done a successful activities by helping and making our nieghbors happy.

It was a feeling of joy and contentment in our hearts when we can share the blessings we had received. All this happened because of your huge support.
