Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to share 3 tasty recipes of fish with you. It's very important for a mom / women take health care of her family as well as herself. For good health balance diet is most important with healthy lifestyle changes.
Nutritional value of fish:
Fish is very nutritious and healthy food. It is a good source of Protein which is essential for growth, different minerals and vitamins like calcium, sodium, chloride , magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E which are important to maintain body functions, Omega 3 fatty acid which help to maintain heart health. For good health we should take at least once a week fish in our diet.
point to be noted before preparing fish:
Many of people avoid fish just because of its smell and some times it remains in its meat or curry after cooking. By taking care of some things you can make a good fish. I'm 100% sure when you follow these and then cook fish every one like your fish.
These easy simple points are
Always take fresh fish. When you buy fish check it's gills they should be red means fish is fresh.
Wash fish and put some salt over it for sometime 5 to 10 minutes then wash it properly.
You can wash fish by putting some flour over it.
Salt or flour will minimize the smell of fish.After washing put fish in strainer to remove excess water from it.
These simple steps will help you in making best fish recipes. Now cook any kind of fish which you want.
Different Recipes Of Fish
I'm giving you different recipes of fish. You will like them
Fish Curry:
If you are curry lover and don't want dry fried fish then you should try my recipe. It can be served with rice or bread. Let's move on to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS :
Ingredient | quantity |

Fish | 1kg |
Fried onions | 4tbsp |
Yougart | 500gm |
Chilli powder | 1tbsp |
Coriander powder | 1/2tbsp |
Termeric powder | 1/2tsp |
Cumin seeds | 1/2tsp |
Garam masala | 1/2tsp |
Green chillies | 4-5 |
Garlic - ginger paste | 1tbsp |
Coriander leaves | for garnish |
Oil | 5tbsp |
Salt | as required |
PROCEDURE :
- Wash fish properly as I mentioned above. And put it over stainer to remove excess water from it.
- Take 1 tabs oil over pan and fry all fish slices one by one for I minute. Keep them a side .
Take some oil in pan and add garlic ginger paste to it and sotey it for sometime.
Now take out all spices according to the recipe and add to the pan and sotey it for sometime.
- Add Yougart and fried onions in blender and make its padyeto the pan and fry it until its color changes and oil comes up to the pan.
Now add fish to the pan. And add some water to it to make some curry.
Cover the lid of pan and after 5minutes add green chilies to it and cover it for 5 minutes.
- Tasty fish curry is ready to served. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Boneless fried fish:
It's very quick and yummy recipe. Mostly fish is used in my home in fried form. Boneless fish is easy to eat for everyone who avoid fish due to spines. You can fry every kind of fish with this recipe.
INGREDIENTS.

Boneless fish | 1/2kg |
Garlic Ginger paste | 1tbsp |
Gram flour/all purpose flour | 4tbs |
Corn flour | 2tbsp |
Chili powder | 1tbsp |
Cumin seeds | 1tsp |
Coriander seeds | 1tsp |
Vinegar | 2tbsp |
Soya sauce | 1tsp |
Lemon | 1 |
Yougart | 100g |
Garam masala | 1tsp |
Salt | as per taste |
Oil | for frying |
PROCEDURE :
- Wash fish and put it over strainer to remove excess water from it.
- Take out all ingredients according to the recipe in a bowl and mixed ingredients well and make its pste.
- put fish in this paste and marinate it for 2-3hrs for rich flavor.
- Heat up oil in a pan and fry fish from both sides until golden brown.
- Tasty fish is ready to served. To enhance its taste served it with chilli garlic sauce or Yougart mint sauce
Grilled Fish :
It is the healthiest way of eating fish which contains low calories with full goodness of fish nutrients and taste.
In this recipe you just put spices over fish and marinate it for 2-3 hours and then grill it. I have shared recipe of grilled fish you can check all recipe. I'm sure you will like it.
