Greetings to all!!
Today I'm back with a new delicious and easy recipe of grilled fish. Fish is very healthy food it provides omega 3 fatty acid, protein, carbohydrates and several vitamins and minerals like selenium, potassium, iodine, vitamin D and B vitamins.
Fish mostly avoid by people because of its smell ans spins. By using some simple steps you can made delicious fish. Always use fresh fish to cook. Before washing fish put some salt or vinegar over fish and leave it for 5-10 minutes then wash it properly. This removes smell from fish. Now made every kind of dish which you want to make.
Today I'm sharing grilled fish recipe. Let's move on to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS :
Ingredient | quantity |

Fish | 1kg |
Chili powder | 1/2tbsp |
Salt | as per taste |
Coriander powder | 1/2tsp |
Termeric powder | 1/4tsp |
Garam madala | 1/2tsp |
Garlic & ginger paste | 1-2tsp |
Lemon | 1 |
PROCEDURE :
- Take 1kg fresh fish. Wash it properly and put it over strainer to remove excess water from it. For grilled fish you need dry fish.
- Take out all spices according to the recipe and mixed well with lemon juice.
- Cover fish with spices mixture nicely and leave it for at least 2 hours so all spices absorbed into fish
- After 2hrs start your grilling. It will take 10_15min in proper grilling. When one side grilled properly then turn it and grilled from other side.
- Delicious grilled fish is ready. Garnish it and served it hot with chili garlic sauce /mint sauce.
