On the occasion of this weekend I will try to show a beautiful steemian friend a slightly *** unique *** home cooking recipe. That is a recipe on how to process grilled fish. I have inherited this recipe from generation to generation in my family. And in the area where I live, Aceh Indonesia, this recipe is often used by the people of Aceh, there is also the name of this fish recipe, namely grilled fish curry
Actually, grilled fish, without being processed again, is still delicious to enjoy. However, after roasting the fish, it can still be processed into goulash
Here are the ingredients and how to process them.
Ingredient Roasted fish goulash Recipe
▪︎ grilled fish 300gram
▪︎cooking oil
▪︎ coconut cream
▪︎ salt to taste
▪︎ potatoe
▪︎star fruit vegetables
▪︎ Cayenne pepper 10 pcs
▪︎ onion 3 pcs and garlic 1 pcs
▪︎ turmeric powder
▪︎ chili powder
▪︎ sunti acid 6 pcs

That's my recipe that uses a typical ingredient that is in my area, namely sunti acid which is made from vegetable starfruit that has been dried and dried. Almost all typical Acehnese dishes use sunti acid as a flavor enhancer for Acehnese cuisine. You will not find this sunti acid in other areas in Indonesia other than Aceh.
