What a good question this week to update our stories, some have already heard how we got here, but there are new participants who want to share this information: How did Steemit change your life?

I arrived at the steemit platform in December 2017 I remember being with the Christmas preparations and from time to time sitting at the computer with my Facebook page creating my city in cityville when my son approached me and excitedly told me that he had found a page that I would love to. There you will write your stories and incidentally they will pay you. I did not understand any of what he was saying, it seemed impossible to me that someone would pay me for what I write.

I had doubts, what I write would be so good and I had never managed to win the contests in which I participated. He helped me create my Nick and gave me the first instructions, the first time after so much voting I spent my mana. I had to learn that there was a limit. I wrote every day, I looked for my old stories to review them, my school stories, my adventures everything was new to me. Soon I started receiving the first payments, it was like a Christmas present.

I didn't spend those first months, my son created the purse for me and taught me how to change it, but I didn't need it at the time, I had a good job, I was the owner of my company and my children were working too. But times became more complicated, my children decided to emigrate first, their daughter and then another son. I only stay with one of them. I started using the change from steem to bolivars to complete the basic food basket.

He never spent it all always left a good backup there. Accumule sbd and my children who stopped participating in the chain gave me theirs.

I have started investing in steem, I did not know anything about power up and what effect it had on my voting power, every time I asked my children they told me to leave that still. But lately with the diary game I started to do it with various videos and explanations from other participants.

I am investing in my future, I am not young I am an older person and I think about the near future. My children know how to manage my accounts, so if I don't enjoy it now, it will be for them what I can accumulate here.
For me it is important to help other participants, guide them, leave them good comments and help them grow, I think it is very special. They have become part of our lives every time we read them.

Que buena pregunta esta semana para actualizar nuestras historias, ya algunos han escuchado como llegamos hasta aquí, pero hay nuevos participantes que desean compartir esta información: ¿Cómo Steemit cambió tu vida?

Todos hemos llegado con diferentes ideas queríamos escribir con mucho ánimo y ganar en criptomonedas para ayudar a la familia en los gastos.

Llegue a la plataforma steemit en diciembre de 2017 recuerdo estar con los preparativos navideños y de vez en cuando sentada en la computadora con mi página en Facebook creando mi ciudad en cityville cuando mi hijo se me acerco y emocionado me dijo que había encontrado una página que me encantaría. Allí vas a escribir tus cuentos y de paso te van a pagar. Yo no entendía nada de eso que me decía, me parecía imposible que alguien me pagara por lo que escribo.

Tuve las dudas, sería tan bueno lo que escribo y nunca había logrado ganar los concursos en los que participaba. El me ayudó a crear mi Nick y me dio las primeras instrucciones, la primera vez de tanto votar gaste mi mana. Tuve que aprender que había un límite. Escribía todos los días, busque mis cuentos antiguos para repasarlos, mis historias escolares, mis aventuras todo era nuevo para mí. Pronto empecé a recibir los primeros pagos, era como un regalo navideño.

Esos primero meses no lo gaste, mi hijo me creo el monedero y me enseño como cambiarlo, pero no me hacía falta en esos momentos, tenía un buen trabajo era dueña de mi empresa y mis hijos estaban trabajando también. Pero los tiempos se fueron complicando mis hijos decidieron emigrar primero la hija y luego otro hijo. Solo me quedo acompañando uno de ellos. Comencé a utilizar el cambio de steem a bolívares para completar la cesta alimenticia básica.

Nunca lo gastaba todo siempre dejaba un buen respaldo allí. Acumule sbd y mis hijos que dejaron de participar en la cadena me pasaron los de ellos.

He comenzado a invertir en steem, no sabía nada sobre power up y que efecto causaba en mi poder de voto, cada vez que le preguntaba a mis hijos me decían que dejara eso así todavía. Pero últimamente con el juego del diario comencé a realizarlo con varios videos y explicaciones de otros participantes.

Estoy invirtiendo en mi futuro, no soy joven soy una persona mayor y pienso en un futuro cercano. Mis hijos saben manejar mis cuentas así que si no lo disfruto ahora será para ellos lo que logre acumular aquí.
Para mi es importante ayudar a otros participantes, orientarlos, dejarles buenos comentarios y ayudarlos a crecer, me parece muy especial. Se han vuelto parte de nuestras vidas cada vez que los leemos.
