Hola hola mis queridas y hermosas mujeres de steemwomensclub. En esta ocasión me uno nuevamente a otro maravilloso concurso en el cual estaremos hablando sobre los tratamientos naturales que empleamos para mantener nuestro cabello radiante.

Recuerdo que desde muy niña mi mama me compraba cremas para mantener mi cabello bonito. Con el pasar de los años muchas de esas cremas desaparecieron mientras que otras, los costos era muy elevados. Comencé a indagar sobre tratamientos naturales para el cabello y he empleado muchos, como por ejemplo: la maicena con baño de crema, maicena con sábila, cayena, agua de hojas de guayaba y aguacate con aceite de almendras, pero el que más me dio resultado fue la sábila con cebolla y miel de abeja.

I remember that from a very young age my mother bought me creams to keep my hair beautiful. Over the years many of these creams disappeared while others, the costs were very high. I began to inquire about natural hair treatments and I have used many, such as: cornstarch with cream bath, cornstarch with aloe, cayenne, guava leaf water and avocado with almond oil, but the one that worked the most for me It was the aloe with onion and honey.

Cabe destacar que todos los tratamientos naturales para nuestro cabellos son buenos, sin embargo pude notar mejores resultado con el tratamiento que les mostrare a continuación. Vamos a necesitar:

• Sábila (Aloe vera)
• ¼ de cebolla.
• 2 cucharadas de miel de abeja.
• Agua.

It should be noted that all natural treatments for our hair are good, however I was able to notice better results with the treatment that I will show you below. We are going to need:

• Aloe Vera (Aloe vera)
• ¼ onion.
• 2 tablespoons of honey.
• Water.

Preparación / Preparation

1- Extraemos el cristal de la sábila. Recomiendo no lavar el cristal.

1- We extract the crystal from aloe vera. I recommend not washing aloe vera.

2- Lo agregamos en la licuadora junto con la cebolla.

2- We add it in the blender along with the onion.

3- Añadimos un poquito de agua (4 a 5 cucharadas) para que los ingredientes puedan mezclarse. Licuamos hasta que todo esté bien integrado.

3- Add a little water (4 to 5 tablespoons) so that the ingredients can be mixed. Blend until everything is well integrated.

4- Vertimos la mezcla en un envase y agregamos la miel de abeja. Removemos y listo, ya teneos nuestro tratamiento.

4- Pour the mixture into a container and add the honey. We stir and voila, we already have our treatment.

Aplicación / App

1- Es muy sencillo, dividimos nuestro cabello por capas (como cuando nos aplicamos tinte, queratinas) y aplicamos nuestro tratamiento. Podemos emplear nuestras manos si le es más fácil o verter la mezcla en un atomizador.

1- It is very simple, we divide our hair by layers (as when we apply dye, keratins) and apply our treatment. We can use our hands if it is easier or pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

2- Luego nos colocamos una bolsa plástica y un paño. También podemos emplear un gorro térmico.

2- Then we put on a plastic bag and a cloth. We can also use a thermal cap.

3- Dejamos actuar por media hora y lavamos con abundante agua. Empleamos nuestro champó y baño de crema de su preferencia.

3- Let it act for half an hour and wash with plenty of water. We use our shampoo and cream bath of your choice.

4- Peinamos y dejamos secar nuestro cabello naturalmente.

4- We comb and let our hair dry naturally.

5- Una vez seco colocamos un gorro y al siguiente día lo retiramos. Lo ideal es aplicarla 1 vez a la semana.

5- Once dry we put a hair cap and the next day we remove it. The ideal is to apply it once a week.

6- Y miren como quedo mi cabello, brilloso, fuerte y suave.

6- And look how my hair is, shiny, strong and soft.

Beneficios / Profits

La mezcla de estos ingredientes es sumamente increíble, aplicando este tratamiento logramos: Tener un cabello con brillo, fuerte y suave, evitamos la caída y acelera el crecimiento del cabello, combate la caspa, disminuye el exceso de grasa y la picazón, además retrasar la aparición de cana.

The mixture of these ingredients is tremendously incredible, applying this treatment we achieve: Have shiny, strong and soft hair, prevent hair loss and accelerate hair growth, combat dandruff, reduce excess oil and itchiness, also delay the appearance of gray hair.

Son muchas las razones por las cuales debemos aplicar estos tratamientos, primero por los beneficios, segundo porque son naturales y no causan daño y tercero que son fáciles de conseguir y muy económicos.

There are many reasons why we must apply these treatments, first because of the benefits, second because they are natural and do not cause harm and third that they are easy to get and very cheap.
