(07/03/2022) The Diary Game// How i spent my Sunday// by @nancymboghi
Today, I’ll be sharing about my day out.
Weekends are known for rest and relaxation and I must say I was lucky to have both this weekend.
I started the day with a delicious breakfast after I was done with my chores.
Later in the day, we decided to step out.
Our First Stop
Our first stop was at a bowling place. To be honest, this was my first time so it was really exciting and I was excited.
We were 5 in number and my name was the 5th as can be seen on the board “nancy”. I started very timidly as it was my first time obviously but then as we played I became versed with it all and started striving too.
We did a total of 10 rounds with each round having 2 throws and at the end of it all, I was 2nd…. Hurray🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.
Our Next Stop
We left from there very hungry and so decided to have dinner out.
We visited a Japanese restaurant and all was just so beautiful.
We had the chef cook very fresh and yummy food in front of us; I had fried rice and beef.
I equally had some sushi ( first time eating it too) with peanut sauce.
There were also salads and a lot of other appetizers.
Let me not forget to say I equally had freshly made watermelon juice😋.
We finished here at about 11pm and immediately returned home.
My day was all good as it started and ended well.

As for the watermelon juice, in Thailand they call it a "watermelon shake". You boil some water and sugar together to make a syrup and then you blend it together with your watermelon. It is yummy!

It’s their form of fried rice. I do not the ingredients they include in it to have that color and look but it really taste good.

It is a face; that was the first thing I noticed. I even asked the waitress and she said it was just a traditional design. The face doesn’t look good though😄.
