Por otra parte el limón 🍋es rico en vitamina C,actúa como antioxidante y además fortalece nuestro sistema inmunológico, está fruta tiene un sabor ácido característico por lo que al combinarlo con el dulce del papelón recrean un dúo fantástico, que convierten a este jugo en una fuente saludable de vitaminas, minerales y energías. Así que ven y te enseño cómo prepararlo! ☺️

In my country Venezuela it is very common to enjoy this wonderful juice daily, because it is not only refreshing but also very delicious. The papelón 🤎 also known as panela is a very healthy natural sweetener, is extracted directly from sugar cane, so its consumption is much healthier than refined sugars, besides this is a rich source of minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc and contains vitamins C and B, so it helps fight anemia, promotes better bone health and strengthens our immune system. On the other hand the lemon 🍋 is rich in vitamin C, acts as an antioxidant and also strengthens our immune system, this fruit has a characteristic sour taste so when combined with the sweetness of papelón recreate a fantastic duo, which make this juice a healthy source of vitamins, minerals and energy. • 120 Gramos de papelón. | 120 Grams of papelón.
• 5 Limones. | 5 Lemons.
• 1 Litro de agua. | 1 liter of water.
• Hielo al gusto. | Ice to taste.

Preparación del Jugo de Papelón con Limón. | Preparation of Papelon Juice with Lemon 🤎🍋

Paso 1 | Step 1.🤎🍋

En una jarra o recipiente agregamos el agua y le adicionamos el trozo de papelón 🤎 para que el mismo se disuelva. Este paso puede durar aproximadamente 2 horas, podemos remover el papelón para ayudarlo a disolverse o simplemente esperar que disuelva solo. Nota: Otra forma de hacerlo más rápido es colocar a hervir el papelón con un poco de agua hasta disolver aunque yo prefiero hacerlo de la forma tradicional como les indique anteriormente.

In a pitcher or container we add the water and add the piece of papelón 🤎 so that it dissolves. This step can take approximately 2 hours, we can stir the papelón to help it dissolve or simply wait for it to dissolve on its own. Note: Another way to do it faster is to boil the papelón with a little water until it dissolves although I prefer to do it the traditional way as indicated above.

Una vez disuelto el papelón, con la ayuda de un exprimidor procedemos a extraer el zumo de los limones y lo adicionamos directamente en la jarra.

Once the papelón is dissolved, with the help of a juicer we proceed to extract the juice from the lemons and add it directly into the pitcher.

Seguidamente procedemos a remover con una cucharilla nuestro jugo, con movimientos circulares enérgicos, hasta que se mezclen muy bien nuestros ingredientes, así queda listo para servir nuestro papelón con limón🤎🍋
