Egg - Mayo Bread Toast | Easy snack

Today I'm going to share an easy snack that can be prepared in a short time with few Ingridients. As working women we need a little break for our works every time. You can prepare this meanwhile in the break and enjoy.

Ingridients

Sliced Bread
Butter/Margarine
Mayonnaise
Two boliled eggs ( 2-3 person)
Chopped onions
Chopped chillies
Salt and pepper

In addition we need a grill tosater or a bread toaster.

Preparation

Smash the boiled eggs in a bowl.

Add chopped onions, chillies, salt,pepper,Mayonnaise and butter.

Mix well and make a Paste

Butter the bread slices

Apply the prepared the paste and make sandwiches.

Put the prepared sandwiches on the toaster and toast.

You can prepare this within twenty minutes. It's tasty and ideal with a hot drink. Try this in your break It will definitely taste good.Instead of toasting you can grill the sandwiches in a pan If you don't have a toaster or a griller.
