Steem Women's Club Community Contest # 1 / My Natural Egg and Aloe Vera Mask

Hello friends of Steemit and the SteemWomen's Club community, I hope you all feel great! Today I will be participating in the first contest of the new community, organized by @steemwomensclub, which consists of showing masks to moisturize the skin! My aloe vera egg mask

Benefits of these ingredients:

1. Egg white

• Egg white has many benefits for the skin, as they care moisturize eliminates wrinkles and dead cells. The egg by common has many proteins and vitamins of the group B, and equally it works for the hair, but in this case its white we will use it for the face.

• The egg white contributes a lot since it is composed with 88% of water and proteins, because of its content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals the egg white serves to care, regenerate and beautify the skin.

• The egg white reduces wrinkles, moisturizes the face, reduces eye bags, eliminates impurities, improves the health of the eyelids, exfoliates and reduces blemishes, tones the skin and regulates the production of sebum.

1. Aloe Vera

• Repairs burns and reduces inflammation in the affected areas, moisturizes and softens the skin, is a powerful healer, removes dead cells, protects the skin from the sun's rays and fights irritations and dermatitis.

• Aloe stimulates and strengthens collagen and elastin fibers, conceals stretch marks, relieves hives and itching, treats acne and scars, allows for smoother skin to look younger, improves circulation and contains vitamins and amino acids.

As we can see both ingredients contain almost the same benefits so they will bring great and good results to our face and our skin.

As always it is important to pamper our skin because every time we are aging our skin is weakening, so today I bring you this wonderful mask, I hope you like it!

Ingredients:

• 1 penca of aloe vera.
• 1 egg white.

Preparation:

1. The first thing we are going to do is to take the stalk of the plant and remove the puyas and the shells, then with a little spoon we are going to take out the gel (The transparent part that is inside the shell, the one that smells ugly does not).

1. Put the egg in a bowl and remove the yolk, as it is the white that we will use. After having the white and the gel ready, we put it in the blender.

1. We blend everything until it is well integrated, it has to be a little thick and frothy, and we pour it into a perolite.

1. To apply it on our face is very easy, the first thing we will do is with the 2 fingers apply it on the whole face in an ascending way, that is to say, upwards.

1. After applying it to the whole face we let it dry for 15 minutes (without going out in the sun since aloe can stain our face and is not what we want).

1. With cold water we rinse our face very well and with a cloth we dry it and that's it, so we finish with our mask.

Final result:

Note: The mask can be used 2 or 3 times a week, and you will see big changes in your face.
