Vacation is what working mom wished for. They needed MOMMYcation. Vacation has something to do with unwinding and refreshing your mind from negative thoughts and heavy loads.
Last month, my family wanted to pause for a while and enjoy life. So, we decided to go somewhere far from our place. And our cousin-in-law suggested the resort located in Compostela.
Being a working mom, I immediately approved the plan because I badly needed it. I badly needed a break because we had lots of deadline in school and I also had lots of reaponsibility as a mom. But I never regreted anything, I'm thankful because God has given me strength to face life's challenge.
Gatubod Beach Resort
Gatubod is a bisaya term of flowing.
A flowing water from above flowed into the manmade cave that looks it so elegant. The water is so cold that you don't want to miss a moment not to swim.
The pool has 6 feet, 5 feet, 4 feet and 2 feet. And its up to you where you want to swim. And there is also a long slide but I didn't dare to try it because I am really afraid of heights.
The kids were really enjoying as well as the adults. We forgot for a moment the heavy loads we were bringing. Below, I had compiled the pictures when we were there.
