Steemwomenclub contest #25 what are your thoughts on steem women club community, how can we make our community better on Steemit? By @goodybest

It feels good to be here again and to communicate with you all, I trust all is going on well with everyone! As for me I'm great and I'm glad to join in our latest and newest contest #25 "what do you think about the steem women club community, how can we make our community better?". It's a privilege for me to give this amazing community my humble opinion and suggestions. I hope you will like it.

My point of view about Steemwomenclub community

• This community was created by our beloved founder @svm038 for women only, so that we can freely express ourselves, and share anything comfortably without any fear of being criticize, and at the same time earning for sharing.
• The community was founded so that women can support others through curating and commenting on follow women contents.
• it's a community of women who genuinely cheer one another. I mean this is the only right place for women in this great platform #steemit.
• this community help women to thrive, it provides appreciable experiences that supports relationships, mentorship and community building opportunities for women in general.
• in this community we discuss topics that are relevant, the daily dynamics for example the do it yourself, all these efforts to develop ourselves and to build our influence.
  

My new ideas that could improve our community:

1. I will suggest that steem women Club make it compulsory that every women set at least 10% of their post payout reward to the community this way our community power will increase.

2. Our community should form a curation trail, so that every member of this community can join, we're more than 5k subscribers and more than 300active users, I believe we will become the biggest and the one trail in #steemit this will give a boost to the community Power, yeah we're stronger together 💪.

3. Should encourage a power up culture among the women, by this all the women will get influence in the platform, I'm just imagining all of us getting at least 1000SP and we all join a curation trail, that will be awesome!.

4. Quality Post should be given only to active members.

5. Our popular slogan is " We're stronger together 💪, so women should be encourage to support one another, visit others post vote on them and leave a meaningful comment, this will definitely increase our numbers of active users!

6. This community has been bringing the right mixed of skills where women learn from others, but I suggest topics like Bullying, Domestic Violence and Harassment should be incorporated in our contests I believe a lot of women passed through this problems, so they'll definitely learn from others experiences and how to tackle this problems.
   

Why I like/ dislike this community:

• I like steem women club community because the admin is humble she's cooperating with all her moderators and even with the members of the community well. She's not bossy she tries to carry everyone along, considering others opinion in order to improves the community. The Moderators are selfless, they're always have interest of members at heart ❤️. They are humble too, leading everyone to win! I can't heart them less💕.
• I like how quality posts is normally selected from different continent, no bias, this is community without borders, who want to see all the members at the top.
• the community is educative, informative, motivational and it has focus.
  

Is the necessary support given to our community?

Well I will first of all thanks #steemit team for the support rendering to our community so far, but I think it not enough, yeah we women deserved nothing but the very best, I was expecting to see our community in sc01 list but no we're not and that makes me wonder why, we are far more better than some of the Communities in that list Yes we are among the best and strongest community in this platform, so please we should be given the necessary and appropriate support or should I say more support!!! This way our goal of becoming women curators Can be achievable.

My Thoughts:

Women we are so precious and we deserve the best yes we're invaluable, we're stronger together 💪 let's make our community the most popular and populous, the strongest in #steemit platform. Let's intensifies and marketing skills inviting new ones to our community, I believe we can achieve this dream and even more together. This community is so precious to me, let is all support our favorite community through our goodwill and delegation. Women we're stronger together 💪
