Hello wonderful women!

I trust all the beautiful women in this amazing community is in good health! As for me I'm hearty and healthy. Hey talking about health do you know that it works side by side with exercise? Yes health and exercise are inseparable, they are two sides of the Same coin. I want to ask have you exercise today? Okay I will tell you some of my favorite Exercises and why I like them. So stay tuned!

Exercise is the movement over body in order for us to remain healthy and strong infact there is a saying that good things comes to those sweat so you see the important of exercise cannot be overemphasized. Exercise rejuvenate us and our internal organs, making us to look ever younger!
I like simple exercises at home which requires no equipment.

My number one favorite Exercise is; Aerobics dance! This exercise is so good imagine you're exercising and you're happy at the same time, you don't need any equipment to perform aerobic dance, all you need is to download the aerobic dances exercise on a YouTube channel Then you watch and mimic the dancers, that is all.
I like dancing because of it increases my stamina, it fills me with energy and boost all my body processes, it reduces my stress level and uplift my mood and it strengthen my muscles. Most importantly it aid weight loss and help me to remain agilecheck out one of my favorites it's just 16mins but with powerful effect.

My next favorite Exercise is the plank:

Plank is a good posture, it helps to reduce stress on our spine, it gives us a straight well aligned body while sitting, standing and walking. It improves flexibility and builds core strength, most importantly plank improves my mental health. You can include it in your routine exercises.

Other exercises I like includes abdominal stretch, Squats, abdominal crunches leg raises and calf raises!

This exercises helps me to get flat tummy And it helps me to remain fit and active even after giving birth to Two lovely boys.

With exercises you can give yourself is sound health, exercise and health always goes hand in hand, it is a one neat away to avoid medication and health hazard. You can call exercise a tonic of all times for people of all ages. Once you consume this tonic regularly on daily basis then you will never ever require any other medication! Hope you like my exercises! Here goes my introductory post

Aww thank you @hae-ra, you know I really added some pounds after i put my second child to birth as in from 70kg - 87kg😱 so I decided to shake off some pounds. That's it. I'm sending hugs 💕

I'm sorry that dancing hates you but you can try other exercises, like walking or biking.

Hello @mariez thank you for visiting my blog, you know it's like that sometimes one will be feeling so lazy to exercise but you can overcome it by doing those ones you enjoyed most, maybe going for a walk, or biking maybe dancing all this is part of exercise
