Steem Women Club Community: Chain of Goddness Event| Giving of Foods to the Little Children at My Neighborhood

Hello beautiful women of Steem Women Club community!

"Touching the lives of a few families and making them happy can be the most beautiful happiness in the world."

This is my first act of goodness finance by my steemit earnings. Expressing my gratitude to the curators' constant support to my post, being other than the usual thing, I made mine very special. Special that even the first to taste my "act of goodness" might cherish the experience of it.

I want to make my steemit journey full of memories, something other than mere chances... I am hoping to view a store of my posts containing more on "doing kindness."
I never expected "Steemit" will find me the opportunity to do it! The pleasure of doing good is so addicting that I can sense this is just the "first" of the many beneficial things that I'll be doing. I enjoyed the happiness that "sharing" has caused. And the work I've done was well compensated through the children's genuine smile... it made my day complete!

The Process

Looking at these kids, I don't need to be rich to share my blessings. I just want to experience the joy that is caused by giving. For the past weeks, I've been planning for this activity alone. At first, I was hesitant to do it because that would be something new. People might be asking questions about, why I am doing it, what happened to me, am I having plenty of money now? Also, it took me sometimes deciding on where to start and what to share.

This line, "Touching the lives of a few families and making them happy can be the most beautiful happiness in the world", leaves a striking impression on my thought... focus on one thing "giving". I cannot help asking myself why not try to do it? The kind of help where I'll be personally involved... I mean I'll be right there in the area where I can personally see the actual expression of happiness in which you actually bring!

The Preparation

I bought all the groceries needed just a day before the feeding event took place. To help me carry out the planned activity, I brought with me one helping hand to help me carry all the groceries. I need to exert extra effort to make this special day be realized. I can actually see a laborious work ahead since I'll be doing it alone, but the joy of doing it far outweighed those contradictory thoughts, so I just carry on.

No one knew that alone in my kitchen, making no mention of it, I was actually very busy engaging myself preparing foods for a few of their little children.
I live in an area though crowded almost all surrounding people know each other, and they know me as well... that's only because I am their childrens' teacher and nothing new.
Normally on my free days, I do chit-chat with them mostly about school, current events... and so many things. But that day, I made no appearance!

I specially prepared a compressed meal. Packed inside includes a cup of rice paired with crispy fried chicken... children's most favorite. Then a piece "quake cake" for their sweets and a pack of jumbo apple juice. Who would not love the yummy sight of it? Much more when they taste it... luh! I just hope this is actually delicious.

The Distribution

When all was done, I personally went outside, literally to gather the children who were just innocently running and playing nearby. I also asked the assistance of my beautiful helping hand to guide me to the house where my precious "child friend", Ling-ling lives. If you remember, it was this child whom I helped in silence when she was hospitalized due to "food poisoning."

Convincing these children to gather around was made easy maybe because they know me. And with their parent's permission, I carried out the feeding smoothly. What adds to the victory of it was the presence of some parents who actually helped in keeping their child stay in place... as you know the attention span of these little children was just short and quick.
But when I was about to give them the food, waaah!, with wide-open eyes, in one time they wanted to reach the food with their cute little hands.

I made it! Such a victorious day! The joy it brings was so mysterious that no words can express it. Even my heart can't contain the overflowing pleasure it gives me at that moment. And am telling you, even in my silent time, it played beautiful images in my mind... what a precious memory to hold dearly ever! I am encouraging you all to share your chain of goodness too.
