Receta: Rico helado de fresa / Recipe: Yummy strawberry ice cream [ESP-ENG]

Ingredientes:
Medio Litro de leche
1 taza de azúcar
2 cucharadas de maizina
Un poquito de CMC (la medida de la puntita de una cucharadita pequeña, o menos)
2 cucharadas de esencia de fresa en polvo

Ingredients:
Half a liter of milk
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
A little bit of CMC (the measure of the tip of a small teaspoon, or less)
2 tablespoons of powdered strawberry essence

Preparación:
Añade la leche en una olla, le agregas el CMC, mezclas y comienza a calentar a fuego lento.

Preparation:
Add the milk in a saucepan, add the CMC, mix and start heating over low heat.

Luego la maizina y vas removiendo la mezcla con la paleta

Then add the cornstarch and stir the mixture with the paddle.

Agrega el azúcar y continúa removiendo

Add the sugar and continue stirring

Añade la esencia de fresa

Add the strawberry essence

Mezcla y continúa cocinado a fuego lento

Mix and continue to simmer

Lleva la mezcla a la licuadora, tapa bien, licúa en dos partes ya que está caliente.

Transfer the mixture to the blender, cover tightly, blend in two parts since it is hot.

Vierte nuevamente en la olla y cocina por 5 minutos más.

Pour back into the pot and cook for 5 more minutes.

Apaga y deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Colócala en un envase de tu preferencia o vasitos individuales y lleva al congelador.

Turn off and let cool to room temperature. Place in a container of your choice or individual cups and place in the freezer.

Luego de varias horas servir y disfrutar de un delicioso y cremoso helado hecho por ti.

After several hours serve and enjoy a delicious and creamy ice cream made by you.
