Ya no tienes que ir a la heladería para degustar un rico helado, aquí te digo como hacerlo en casa y te quede bien cremoso.

INGREDIENTES:
Medio litro de leche
2 tazas de azúcar
1 cucharada de maizina
Cinco mangos maduros
Un poquito de CMC (la medida de la puntita de una cucharadita pequeña, o menos)

PREPARACIÓN
Pela los mangos y luego extraes la pulpa y la trituras, quedando así.

Esa mezcla caliente, licuarla, tomar las precauciones, no llenar la licuadora, hacerlo en dos partes

Nuevamente verter en la olla y calentar por 5 minutos adicionales mezclando

Pour back into the pan and heat for an additional 5 minutes while stirring.

Deje reposar y enfriar

Let stand and cool

Una vez liberada la mezcla del calor, colócale en un envase de tu preferencia o en vasitos individuales.

Once the mixture is released from the heat, place it in a container of your choice or in individual cups.
