Hoy voy a participar divertido concurso que nos tiene nuestro amigo @steemwomensclub, aquí les dejo el Enlace para que se animen a participar.
Mi Ciudad Favorita, San Fernando de Apure.
Al pensar sobre las ciudades tenemos muchas imágenes de ellas que son como postales vivas en las que diariamente somos actores, por lo tanto dichas imágenes, representaciones y recuerdos urbanos son los grandes escenarios de nuestra cotidianidad. Es que la ciudad que conformada por el imaginario de diversos espacios privados y públicos:
Espacios mercantiles, es decir, de intercambio de mercancías como las que compramos y vendemos en mercados, abastos, panaderías y centros comerciales.
Espacios lúdicos y de esparcimiento como los parques y plaza con su refrescante vegetación y sus distintas zonas de juegos; los cines y teatros donde nos recreamos con fascinantes historias.
Espacios para el aprendizaje y la vivencia cultural, con las escuelas, liceos y universidades donde nos formamos académicamente.
Espacios residenciales, barrios y urbanizaciones donde conviven construcciones de diferentes diseños.
Espacios e transito, conformados por la compleja trama de vías de comunicación como son las autopistas de múltiples canales y el sistema de transporte subterráneo.
Características de mi ciudad favorita
Se precian dos puentes sobre el rio Apure y dos puentes sobre e Arauca. Las sabanas del Arauca y las formaciones entre el Capanaparo y el Meta; los Modulo de Mantecal y la reserva natural del rio Guaritico.
Algo que lo caracteriza muy bien son sus hermosos paisajes, pues son una sucesión de micro paisajes naturales interrumpidos por espacio que muestran la intercesión de la mano del hombre o su presencia. Durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, la acción humana ha dejado su marca imborrable, sin embargo, el llano sigue mostrándose a simple vista misterio e interesante, es decir, se resiste a su degradación.
El espacio geográfico se halla organizado en dos ambientes: urbano y rural, el uso del medio urbano es básicamente residencial y comercial, el del medio rural es agrícola y ganadero.
Su medio ambiente definido por la relación entre la forma de su relieve y las características de su clima, que se traduce en un permanente contacto entre tierras y aguas, de lo cual se genera la influencia sobre la distribución de la población, el uso de la tierra y las actividades económicas, las costumbres y muchas otra manifestaciones culturales.
¿En qué país se encuentra?
Ubicada en Venezuela, siendo la Capital del Estado Apure, es decir, La llanura meridional de Venezuela está integrada por casi todo el territorio del estado de Apure, es el corazón del llano, donde las extensiones parecen infinitas el horizonte inalcanzable; lucen la más como pequeñas machas y los rebaños de ganado como lunares de sabana.
Cuando se hable de los llanos del sur (Apure), generalmente s piensa en las enormes distancias que los separan de Caracas el centro del país, sin embargo, San Fernando de Apure esta a 400 kilómetros e Caracas.
Culturas, ropas y festivales
La excursión por esta bella zona incluye la fiesta típica del llano, es decir El Jopo. Es la parranda con la que amenazan las celebraciones mas importantes, como cumpleaños, bodas, bautizos, onomásticos, fiestas patronales, o simplemente el cercano del fin de semana.
El conjunto lo integra arpa, cuatro y maracas, los cantantes, y copleros que actúan espontáneamente.
En el llano hay uno en cualquier parte, para ellos no hay impedimentos de edad o sexo. Seria incompleto el joropo sin las parejas que los bailan.
En el hato o en ellos clubes campestres, el joropo se acompaña generalmente con carne asada o en vara, cachapa o casabe.
Las fanas del llanero a caballo también han sido influenciadas por el avance socioeconómico de la subregión. El cruce del ganado criollo con otras rasas a mejora do significativita la producción de leche y carne.
Las parrandas o joropo llanero de arpa, cuatro maracas, y canto, también han ido desaparecido sobre toda las poblaciones, es decir, hoy en día han sido sustituidas por la rocola y la miniteca. El joropo quedo reducido al medio rural y a las celebraciones especiales.
La vivienda tradicional de techo de palma, paredes de barro y piso de tierra, a ha cedido el paso una vivienda mucho más confortable, sin embargo aun se encuentran estas construcciones.
Mi comida favorita
Las gastronomía llanera o de San Fernando de Apure, deriva de la ganadería y de la agricultura, como carne asada, picadillo de carne seca, arepa, cachapa, hervido de res, de gallina y de pescado, queso duro llanero, mantequilla y queso de mano.
También son delicioso y tradicionales, el casabe, el pan de horno y el arroz con leche.
Sin embargo, resulta ser mi comida favorita la exquisita combinación de la cachapa con carne asada, característica esencial de un fin de semana en familia, es un plato de mucho sabor y para deleitar nuestro paladar.
¿Por qué es mi favorita?
De pequeña cuando íbamos al campo, era normal encontrar ese exquisito plato en la mesa, a pesar de no haber ido nunca a esta hermosa ciudad, he tenido la suerte de aprender a recrear semejante obra culinaria, con ese toque Venezolano que tanto lo caracteriza.
Dato Curioso
El llanero, por propia convicción, trata de hacer el menor daño posible a la naturaleza, y cuando lo hace, su actitud responde a prácticas tradicionales sustentadas en el criterio errado de que la acción produce mayores beneficios que daños, como es el caso de “quema” de la sabana y tala de árboles, peo en general, el llanero es respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

My favorite city, San Fernando de Apure .
When we think about cities we have many images of them that are like living postcards in which we are actors every day, therefore these images, representations and urban memories are the great scenes of our daily life. The city is made up of the imaginary of various private and public spaces:
- Mercantile spaces, that is to say, of exchange of merchandise like those that we buy and we sell in markets, supplies, bakeries and commercial centers.
- Recreational spaces such as parks and squares with their refreshing vegetation and different playgrounds, cinemas and theaters where we enjoy fascinating stories.
- Spaces for learning and cultural experience, with schools, high schools and universities where we are academically trained.
- Residential spaces, neighborhoods and urbanizations where constructions of different designs coexist.
- Spaces and traffic, formed by the complex network of communication routes such as multiple channel highways and the subway transport system.
Characteristics of my favorite city
There are two bridges over the Apure River and two bridges over the Arauca River. The Arauca savannas and the formations between the Capanaparo and the Meta; the Modulo de Mantecal and the natural reserve of the Guaritico river.
Something that characterizes it very well are its beautiful landscapes, because they are a succession of natural micro landscapes interrupted by space that show the intercession of the hand of the man or his presence. During the second half of the 20th century, human action has left its indelible mark, however, the plain continues to show mystery and interest at first sight, that is, it resists its degradation.

My favorite food ?
The gastronomy of the Llanera or San Fernando de Apure, derives from the cattle raising and the agriculture, like roasted meat, dry meat mince, arepa, cachapa, boiled of beef, hen and fish, hard cheese of the Llanera, butter and cheese of hand.
Also delicious and traditional are cassava, oven bread and rice pudding.
However, my favorite food is the exquisite combination of cachapa with roasted meat, an essential feature of a weekend with the family. It is a very tasty dish to delight our palate.
Why is it my favorite?
As a child when we went to the countryside, it was normal to find that exquisite dish on the table, even though I had never been to this beautiful city, I was lucky enough to learn how to recreate such a culinary work, with that Venezuelan touch that so characterizes it.
Curious Fact
The Llanero, by his own conviction, tries to do as little damage as possible to nature, and when he does, his attitude responds to traditional practices based on the erroneous criterion that the action produces greater benefits than damage, as is the case with "burning" the savannah and cutting down trees, but in general, the Llanero is respectful of the environment.
