How to process fresh palm oil by @blosomly

Hello my fellow steemit members, how did your day go today?, Mine was very busy, but thank the Almighty God for seeing me through at the end of the day.
When I woke up in the morning I was having this taught of how the day would be like, after moving out to do my normal morning duty, I still have to prepare my palm oil today,
Early in the morning I went to the mill to process my fresh palm oil.
What is palm fruit
From palm trees, we have palm fruit, palm tree is an economical tree that helps many house hold in Africa.

What Are The Process of making palm oil

This are the process of making fresh palm oil
First Step
Firstly , tapping the palm fruit from the palm trees,
Next step 2 : to pieces the bunch of palm fruit , and select it for cooking.
Next step 3: packing the palm fruit to the mill
Next step 4: putting all the palm fruits in a pot cooking begins, judging by the quantity you have you let it simmer for about 2-3 hrs
Next step 5: when it's done you let it settle a bit coz it's very hot and then you begin dishing it out with a drainable bucket that way the hot water rushes out into the pot from whence it once came while you scupping out from the pot the boiled and ready palm fruits into the grinder for it to be grinded

Next step 6: you pull it out from the grinder into the metal squeezer while the oil is being extracted freshly

Step 7: selecting process, at this point you began to select the palm kennel from the shaft

Health Benefits Of Palm Oil
Palm Oil is used for preventing vitamin A deficiency,
Eg : Cancer, Brain diseases,aging and high blood pressure.
Palm Oil also is used for weight loss
As food palm oil is used for cooking, and also for fying.

Advantage of palm oil
Palm Oil is good for the skin,
It's used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry,rough,salt and itching skin.
It's help the skin and decrease itching and flaking skin.

Disadvantage of palm oil
It increases the Cholesterol level.
