Did you know that walking helps to strengthen our bones and muscles? It is proven that people who rarely walk and often only use cars tend to have weak muscles. This is mostly visible in the lower back area, the butts and laps. This is no way visually appeasing. We generally obviously look better when these muscles are strong and the good news is, just walking helps greatly in achieving this.

I totally agree with you, but some people think that walking is a lot of job and suffering, but that's not true, walking benefits our health so much
