Fellow steemians, Greetings!!! I would like to refer to the contest advert on the steem-ghana platform by @oppongk concerning what makes a good steemian and submit my entry for your consideration.

The most important assert of a good steemian is the passion to be on the blockchain. A good steemian must be embodied with passion.
Every formed organisation or institution that survives and become deeply rooted has passion driven members. The members in that institution eat the food of passion and that is what builds the institution. A good steemian must be passion oriented about his or her steem-life, because it is what carries him or her through to become a great steemian. It is irrefutable that the fundamental unit of every company, institution or formed discourse rests on the passion of its members.

A good steemian must produce lucid, tenable, well-found and educative content that can feed his or her community well. Every Community on the blockchain has information that it requests from its members. It is what holds the community as belonging to either steem-ghana, steem-enterprenuers, steem-promo, steem-kitchen, account booster etc. A good steemian must know what he or she is required to feed his or her community with, so that, the information can help members belonging to that different discourse know the community's domain of function. He or she must at times identify what can benefit the community and help to author it through a contest form for members to share their opinions which is kept as basis for future references.

Let me use this opportunity to say a big thank you to steemians who have authored contests for their platforms and other relevant information to feed the platform.

A good steemian should be willing to work with others. He or she should have a magnetic steem-life that attracts and influence people positively on the blockchain. A good steemian must use his or her growth to attract other steemians, so that, they can also work hard to attain such greater height. Personally, the growth of @collinz @kookd @papi.mati and the country reps @oppongk @nattybongo @njaywan is such a positive drive for me. It urges and encourages not only me but also other steemians to also be industrious on the blockchain.

Amazon thinks about interacting with customers, move back and tackle their problems. This has made Amazon one of the companies in the world that is flourishing. All build on teamwork and adequate interaction with customers.

This depicts that, in order for any human discourse to blossom, it must have teamwork and participation. A good steemian must be ready to work, be engaging , interactive and work as a team.

A good steemian must attend steem-promo in order to feed the community with lots of newbies. Every community that has lots of active newbies have great foundation and future.

A good steemian must be up and doing concerning steem-promo and not to rest on his or her laurels. He or she must empower and teach others to move along. A good steemian is not selfish but rather selfless and should be willing to sacrifice for others to grow. Sacrifice in the extent of using his experience and growth to write posts to educate members.

Sometimes the steemit platform become a little passive, if things move this way, steemians who have little steem power and are not known on the community suffers a lot and as a result, they become inactive. A good steemian should empower these ones, teach them to persevere and carry them along. Working with others requires a good steemian to be interactive.

As part of engaging others, a good steemian must frequently attend telegram meetings, discord meetings, WhatsApp meetings and other relevant meetings to support and unite with his or her community. A good steemian must join meetings in order to contribute his or her part towards the growth and development of activities and plans of the community.

A steemian is marked as good when he or she is able to delegate power time to time to support community business and growth. A good steemian must care about his or her community and witness it grow from time to time. He or she must not only benefit from his or her growth only but also delegate power to help his community flourish to an appreciable limit.

His or her writings should be devoid of plagiarism. He or she must use appropriate markdowns to enrich his graphics and to give his or her work an aesthetic attribute.

Not only that, but also being a good writer, he or she should also be an avid reader, comment on posts of others in order to urge them on.





Writing prowess also marks a good steemian. The ability to research, create and become dynamic distinguishes him or her from the mediocre ones. He or she should be ever ready to face challenges regarding upvotes and rejection of posts and be willing to improve on them from time to time. He or she must attempt contests most often and be willing for growth. The attribute of industry is a hallmark of a good steemian.

Last, a good steemian should frequently visit community platforms and stemitblog for updates on trending issues and future outcomes. It is undoubted that a steemian who pays attention to instruction become broad-minded and not myopic on matters that trends on the platforms. Paying attention to details on various platforms and stemitblog does not only mark one as fantastic steemian but also connect him or her to people from different communities. It is every steemian's dream to attain higher heights but in order for this to be realized, it is important that one becomes embodied with passion, produce informative content, provide communities with needful materials, have growth impact, become magnetic, industrious and hardworking, engage in steem-promo, attend community meetings, delegate power to support his or her community activities, ready to rectify faults, admit faults and willing to restructure them, use appropriate writing skills, pay attention to detail and follow community Instructions.
