You have highlighted some important issues that need to be looked at. The whole community support program is great but my worry is those that never get to be on the list, eventually those in that community will lose interest and leave. Since all communities can't be on the list there is a need for all communities to come up with other ways to becoming self sustaining. It's time for us to seek ideas and also look outside if there will be sponsors or other stakeholders who will help since now we are having an overwhelming number of people, which require that more resource has to be available to reward everyone to be satisfied.
