Without much ado, I would then set the ball rolling. The following points would elaborate on the five things that I suggest will help to reinvigorate steem Ghana as well as leadership style to help the growth of the community at large.
In order to increase the engagement of members in the community and attain their activeness, leaders can organize contest weekly or daily contests for members to participate in regularly and winners should be awarded deserving rewards. In organizing the contest, if members of the community want to even do a favor by organizing a contest in the community, it should be allowed and not ignored.
Organizing contests in the community would even bring more foreign people into the community to increase the activeness of the community as other community members can participate in them. Leaders should also make it a point to verify all contest entries by leaving comments below their posts.
Yes, as the saying goes that “leaders by example”, it is very necessary and important for our leaders to be more active in terms of commenting, writing, posts, etc. It is very necessary as well for leaders to motivate and encourage newbies so that they can be more active in terms of comments, writing posts, engagement, etc.
Also, leaders should actively be organizing contests and also writing tutorials for newbies on the platform. It is also a duty of the leaders to guide the newbies on the dos and don'ts of the community and steemit at large.
Yea, leaders should encourage members to delegate the little SP that they have to support the growth of the community account so it can be used to support them. When we delegate to the community account, it will help grow the account which in tend will allow them to receive higher votes.
Leaders should also make it a point to support articles that deserves them. What I mean by deserving them is that they should be plagiarism-free, bot buying free, qualified for club status, quality content, etc, and not just any mere article.
Moreover, leaders should also make it a point to rotate the sharing of votes or the selection of posts for booming support should be rotated among members so at least two booming support for a person per week. Leaders should also make it a point to support members with their SP and not only the community account SP.
Yes, this is one important way of helping the growth of the community account as well as the community at large. One may ask how will this help the growth of the community account, when these beneficiaries (rewards) are received in the community account, they can be used to make power-ups to help grow the steem power of the account which will tend to increase the voting mana of the account allowing members to earn more rewards other than these mere ones we receive from the account.
This setting of a beneficiary can be added to any posts including contests, tutorials, poetry, etc. A good tutorial on how to set this beneficiary has been shown by one of our country reps and I will provide a link to that in this post so members can follow you do so.

Leaders should organize monthly or weekly meet-ups so that they can hear from members about the challenges they are facing in the community and steemit platform at large. The organization of weekly meetings would help leaders teach newbies about new developments and initiatives in the community and steemit at large.
I could remember our first steemit meetup was very educational and also exciting as well. By then I was a newbie and we asked several questions about which clarifications were made for us by our leaders.
