competition - HIGHWAY - 2 | Sailing to the mainland | ESP / ENG
The inhabitants of the islands have only two means of transport if we want to leave our place of residence, the boat and the plane. In this case I am participating in the contest with a short report of a recent boat trip between the Balearic Islands and Barcelona. The trip was very peaceful, the sea was calm and it was a sunny day, which allowed us to relax on deck.
First of all a picture of the islet of Tagomago and its lighthouse when we were leaving Ibiza.

Los habitantes de las islas tenemos solo dos medios de transporte si queremos salir de nuestro lugar de residencia, el barco y el avión. En este caso participo en el concurso con un pequeño reportaje de un reciente viaje en barco entre las Islas Baleares y Barcelona. El viaje fue de lo más apacible, el mar estaba tranquilo y hacía un día soleado, lo que nos permitió ir relajados en cubierta.
En primer lugar una imagen del islote de Tagomago y su faro cuando estábamos saliendo de Ibiza.

As we were approaching the port of Barcelona, we began to see the cargo ships looking forward to their turn to unload their goods.
Cuando nos íbamos acercando al puerto de Barcelona, empezaron a verse los barcos mercantes que esperan su turno para entrar a descargar sus mercancías.

Increíble s fotos amigo. ¿Cuanto tardástes en llegar entre Barcelona y Baleares? Yo hice hace poco el Ferry Ibiza Formentera, y el camino fue bastante bonito.

El trayecto dura 8 horas, aunque podría tardar 2 horas menos, pero razones económicas hacen que vaya más lento. Entre Ibiza y Formentera el recorrido es muy atractivo, siempre ves costa y bastante diferente. Cuando sales a alta mar la cosa cambia y es mucho más monótono ya que estás muchas horas que solo ves el horizonte.
